Reporting directly to our CEO, you'll lead the strategy, performance, and growth of Davidson's national Consulting & Advisory business, bringing together Technology Consulting, People Advisory, Project Services, Workforce Augmentation and Managed Services into one integrated practice.

You'll inherit an established client base, a trusted national brand and an experienced leadership team. Your chance is to shape the next chapter.

- Led and grown a consulting, advisory or professional services business.
- Full P&L; leadership experience.
- Built trusted relationships with executive clients and Boards.
- Successfully developed high-performing consulting teams.
- A passion for creating sustainable growth and lasting client impact.
