Steelforce is seeking a customer service/sales administrator at our Emerald centre in Queensland. You will join Sales and Operations teams to ensure customers have a positive experience, reporting to the Branch Manager.

This is a outstanding chance for a career change or to build on your customer service and sales experience. The role covers handling enquiries by phone, email and in person, processing cash sales, quotes and orders, and preparing reports.
