We are seeking a Delivery Manager who will assess and reshape governance across a major data and market intelligence transformation. You bring calm leadership in high-risk delivery, align engineers and executives and build practical reporting, risk and decision rhythms that improve outcomes across multiple workstreams.ResponsibilitiesLead the assessment and redesign of program governance to remove delivery blockers and improve outcomesEstablish risk, issue, dependency and decision management with clear escalation pathsPartner with engineering, architecture, business leaders and executives to embed governance into leadership forumsBuild executive-ready reporting and dashboards that show program health, risks and prioritiesCoordinate multiple delivery streams to ensure consistent standards, cadence and accountabilityDrive recovery actions in high-risk delivery scenarios, stabilizing plans and restoring confidenceImprove governance artefacts, decision traceability and knowledge retention across the programRequirementsProgram governance expertise across complex transformation initiatives and multi-stream deliveryTechnical delivery background with the ability to engage engineers and translate constraints into workable plansJava knowledge sufficient to challenge assumptions, unblock teams and guide technical trade-offsGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP) experience in technology delivery environmentsRisk and issue management capability including escalation, mitigation planning and executive decision supportStakeholder management confidence with senior leaders and cross-functional teamsReporting and dashboarding ability for clear, executive-level program visibilityWe offerBy choosing EPAM, you're getting a job at Great Place To Work-Certified in 2024,
