Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality commercial/ retail spaces? This is an opportunity to join a global retailer as a Senior Project Manager and play a key role in driving their new flagship stores across the country!

What You Will Do

- Lead and manage new build, greenfield retail construction projects
- Develop and execute project plans, including scope, timelines, and cost governance.
- Oversee procurement, supplier management, and subcontractor performance.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and technical standards.
- Conduct site inspections and manage site handovers. (Interstate travel required)
- Identify risks, resolve issues, and drive value engineering initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, landlords, contractors, and global headquarters.
- Continuously improve processes, sharing learnings for future projects.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience:



5+ years delivering construction projects either with a head contractor or client side group. Current build project and retail project experience will be viewed preferably but not neccessary
- Skills: Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge: Degree in Construction Project Management (or relevant equivalent).
- Mindset: Agile, adaptable, and proactive with a "can-do" attitude.
