We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant – Information Governance to join a high-performing consulting team delivering enterprise-scale Microsoft 365, Purview, and compliance solutions.

This role is ideal for a consultant who combines deep Microsoft Purview expertise with strong advisory skills, someone who can engage with senior stakeholders, run discovery workshops, design governance strategies, and deliver secure, compliant Microsoft 365 environments.

You will play a key role helping organisations manage information risk, meet regulatory obligations, and maximise the value of Microsoft cloud technologies, including Microsoft Copilot.

The Role

As a Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant – Information Governance , you will lead customer engagements focused on information management, governance, compliance, and data protection outcomes.

Information Governance Consulting

- Lead enterprise customer engagements focused on governance, compliance, records management, and information protection.
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, maturity assessments, and governance reviews.
- Develop information governance frameworks, policies, standards, and operating models.
- Provide strategic advisory services to help organisations improve information management practices.

Microsoft Purview Delivery

Design, architect and implement solutions across the Microsoft Purview ecosystem, including:

- Microsoft Information Protection




- Sensitivity Labels
- Records Management
- Retention Policies and Lifecycle Management
- eDiscovery
- Microsoft Purview Audit
- Communication Compliance
- Compliance Management
- Data Governance capabilities
- Translate business, security, and regulatory requirements into scalable Microsoft 365 and Purview solutions.
- Support enterprise information architecture and data governance initiatives.
- Design secure and compliant Microsoft 365 environments.
- Enable responsible adoption of Microsoft Copilot through effective governance and information controls.
- 5+ years’ experience in consulting or enterprise technology roles.
- Strong experience across:
- Information Management
- Information Protection
- Microsoft Purview implementations
- Proven experience designing governance frameworks and compliance strategies.
- Experience leading enterprise customer engagements and stakeholder workshops.
- Strong communication, presentation, and consulting skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.

Highly Desirable Experience

- Microsoft Copilot governance and enablement experience.
- Cloud governance experience.
- Security and compliance architecture background.
- Broader Microsoft cloud experience across security, identity, and productivity platforms.
