Responsibilities
- Deliver commercial construction and fit-out projects from inception to completion.
- Plan, program, and manage project delivery.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and project profitability.
- Oversee procurement, contracts, and variations.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Conduct site inspections and oversee quality assurance.
- Drive safety compliance across all projects.
- Report project performance to Directors.
About You
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the commercial fit-out industry.
- Solid track record delivering large-scale commercial fit-out projects across sectors such as hospitality, retail, workplace, and education.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, contracts, and costs.
- Ability to lead multiple stakeholders and deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
- Relevant construction qualifications and a White Card.
