Our Client is looking for an experienced AI Enablement Lead to establish and embed a safe, ethical and effective approach to artificial intelligence across a complex organisation. Lead responsible AI strategy and adoption.

12 Month Fixed-Term Contract – Government Agency

Melbourne CBD Location – Hybrid Working Arrangement

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver a prioritised AI roadmap aligned with strategic objectives.
- Identify, assess and implement AI use cases that deliver measurable business value.
- Establish and continuously improve responsible AI governance, policies and processes.
- Lead organisational adoption through learning programs, guidance materials and practical support.
- Influence senior leaders and translate business needs into achievable AI initiatives.

Key Skills And Experience

- Demonstrated experience leading complex digital transformation,



technology or business improvement initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of generative AI, agentic AI and automation tools within a business environment.
- Experience developing strategies, roadmaps and implementation plans with measurable outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and change management skills, including the ability to influence executives.
- Experience establishing governance, risk management or decision-making frameworks.
