- Experience in a production environment, and machine operation
- A commitment to producing quality products
- Experience in setting up and operating manufacturing machinery
- Experience using Sheetmetal manufacturing equipment, particularly folders would be preferred, but not essential
- A valid Forklift licence
- An effective problem solver
- Good communicator, both written and verbal
- A commitment to workplace safety at all times
