At TRUCK TECH, we're looking for a Regional Account Manager to become the trusted partner for some of Queensland's largest fleet customers. Based from our Stapylton branch, you'll regularly travel to our customer sites in Park Ridge and Narangba, working closely with their fleet and operations teams to ensure outstanding service delivery while identifying opportunities to grow our partnerships.

This is a relationship-first role, with approximately 70% focused on managing and growing existing accounts and 30% supporting new business opportunities alongside our National Sales Manager.

About the Role

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for managing customer relationships across Queensland while acting as the link between our customers and operational teams.

You'll work closely with our Branch Managers, Service Coordinators and Fleet Services teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences, resolve issues before they escalated, and help customers maximise fleet uptime.

Key responsibilities include:

- Manage and grow key customer accounts across your region
- Build strong relationships with fleet and operations managers
- Act as the primary escalation point for customer issues




- Support onboarding of new fleet customers
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts
- Monitor fleet performance, asset retention and customer engagement
- Work collaboratively with Branch Managers and Service Coordinators
- Provide strategic advice to improve fleet performance and uptime
- Track account performance, budgets and reporting
- Support the National Sales Manager with new business opportunities

About You

You’ll be someone who enjoys working with customers, building trust, and finding practical solutions.

Ideally you’ll have:

- 5+ years' experience in Account Management, Business Development or Customer Relationship Management
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Experience managing multiple customer accounts
- Commercially minded with strong problem‑solving ability
- Experience working with CRM, ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Experience within the transport, heavy vehicle, fleet maintenance or industrial services industry will be highly regarded
