Assistant Sales Managers - New & Used

We are looking for motivated and results-driven Assistant Sales Managers to join our Current and Used Vehicle Sales Departments across Deer Park and Tottenham. These leadership roles are ideal for experienced automotive sales professionals who are passionate about customer service, team development, and achieving outstanding sales results.

Working closely with the Sales Manager, you will assist in the day-to-day operations of the department, support and mentor the sales team, and help drive performance across sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction objectives. You will lead by example, ensuring every customer interaction is professional, enjoyable, and results-focused.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Sales Manager with the daily operation of the New or Used Vehicle Sales Department.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and a seamless sales experience.
- Assist in achieving dealership sales volume, gross profit, and CSI targets.




- Manage customer enquiries and sales opportunities from initial contact through to delivery.
- Support stock management, vehicle presentation, and sales process compliance.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor team performance and help identify opportunities for improvement.
- Undertake leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Sales Manager.

About You

- Previous automotive sales experience, ideally in a senior sales or leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and gross profit targets.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- High level of motivation, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Current driver's licence.
