Our Intellectual Property practice is recognised as one of the leading teams in Australia and demand for our services has created an chance for a Senior Associate or Associate to contribute to the expansion of our team. Our Intellectual Property team provides market leading litigation and transactional advice and strategy, and is skilled in handling complex high‑profile IP disputes and transactions of all types, and brand and IP asset creation and protection all with an opportunity to work across borders with our global colleagues.
Working alongside award‑winning Partners Jackie O’Brien, Georgina Hey and Daniel Posker this is an opportunity to be involved in market‑leading IP matters for IP Clients.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years PQE gained within a reputable Intellectual Property practice
- Patent litigation experience is preferred but not essential
- Strong time management & organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple conflicting priorities simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong drafting skills
- Intellectual curiosity and a love of learning
