Latrobe City Council is seeking a Customer Focus Agent to join the Customer Focus Team in Morwell, Victoria. This temporary full-time role includes front-line contact centre and counter support, delivering high-quality customer service to the Latrobe City community.

You will be the first point of contact for calls and face-to-face enquiries, promoting council services with prompt, qualified, and courteous information.
