We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Melbourne team.

This role is ideal for a Business Analyst with strong experience developing business cases and supporting enterprise technology initiatives, particularly across infrastructure, cloud, or broader technology environments.

You will work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders to support strategic initiatives through analysis, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and executive-level reporting.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will:

- Lead business analysis activities across enterprise technology programs and initiatives
- Develop business cases, investment proposals, and strategic recommendations
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis, ROI assessments, and support funding decisions
- Gather, analyse, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders across infrastructure, cloud, and enterprise technology environments
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirements sessions
- Produce executive-level reports, presentations, and governance documentation
- Support delivery teams by analysing risks, dependencies, impacts, and implementation considerations
- Collaborate with project managers, architects,



and technology teams to support successful project outcomes
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and strategic planning activities

About You

We’re looking for someone who combines strong analytical capability with excellent stakeholder engagement and documentation skills.

- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst
- Robust experience developing business cases and strategic documentation
- Experience working across enterprise technology programs or transformation initiatives
- Exposure to infrastructure, cloud, or broader technology environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience preparing executive-level presentations and reports
- Strong requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation capability
- Ability to work across both business and technical teams

Highly Regarded

- Experience within consulting environments
- Exposure to cloud or infrastructure-related projects
- Knowledge of project delivery or PMO environments
