We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (Night Shift) to join our residential care team and contribute to the provision of excellent care for our residents at mecwa care Long Gully 52- bed aged care home in Bendigo.
You’ll play a key role in managing, planning, and delivering exceptional residential aged care services. Working closely with the Facility Manager, you’ll provide evidence-based nursing care that supports residents' health and wellbeing in line with their individual care plans.

- Conveniently located in Long Gully, our home is just a 3-5 minute walk from local bus services, with Bendigo Railway Station approximately 2.5 km away, making it easily accessible by public transport.
What you bring:
- Advanced clinical skills and a commitment to high-quality care and services.
- Significant experience as a Registered Nurse preferably within residential aged care.
- Current and ongoing registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Sound knowledge of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and aged care legislation.
- Working knowledge of the AN-ACC funding model
- Experience in care planning, care plan reviews, and clinical evaluations.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to support, guide, and mentor care teams.
- Commitment to a person-centred approach to delivering care and services.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
