EML Group is seeking an experienced Senior Case Manager to pro-actively manage a portfolio of workers' compensation claims and support injured workers on their return-to-work journey.

Based in Canberra or Melbourne with the flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week, you will coach junior staff, escalate where needed, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimise outcomes and minimise costs.
