Our client is an established allied health provider in Bacchus Marsh with a strong reputation for supportive leadership and a genuinely friendly team culture. The multidisciplinary team includes Senior OTs, Psychologists, Behaviour Practitioners, and Speech Pathologists, backed by full admin support and well-structured systems. They are looking to welcome a Speech Pathologist (Senior/Early Career) who wants a flexible, well-supported role where you can deliver great therapy without rigid pressure.
You’ll work across a mix of clinic and community (depending on your preference and experience), with a predominantly paediatric caseload and a small number of aged care clients.
