Micah Projects is seeking two full time Support and Advocacy Workers to assist individuals and families experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness, predominantly in Surfers Paradise, Queensland. The role involves intake, triage, advocacy, and person-centred planning to resolve crises and connect participants with housing, healthcare and related services.
You'll work within a multidisciplinary team, follow VI-SPDAT assessment tools, and contribute to coordinated care plans.
