In this role, you will:
- Implement expert knowledge of legislation and procedural practices surrounding child protection
- Develop DCPs Practice Approach to elevate outcomes for children and young people
- Lead processes and reviews that examine sensitive issues and provide evidence-based advice to improve services
- Enact effective dispute resolution strategies when liaising with external and internal stakeholders
- Demonstrate an astute understanding of cultural sensitivity to maintain inclusive workplace practices.
