DCOH, a Darwin-based construction and development company, is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to lead the full contract lifecycle on the Darwin Civic Centre Project. You will guide tendering, award, execution and finalisation while ensuring contractual compliance and robust procurement practices.

You will manage risk, cost controls, and commercial reporting, collaborating with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.
