What you will do:

- Triage contacts at the Front Door,



assessing and applying Levels of Need thresholds to identify the right support for families.
- Work closely with professionals from various agencies to share information and ensure a fast and co-ordinated response to safeguarding referrals.
- Play an integral role in the early identification of safeguarding concerns by utilising your expertise and newly shared key information about families.
- Engage and collaborate with multi-agency partners to develop comprehensive responses to meet the needs of children and young people.

Requirements of the Social Worker:

- Degree or equivalent in social work.
- Current Social Work England registration.
- Significant frontline experience working as a qualified Social Worker in UK Social Services.
