Our client is a rapidly expanding company that specialises in product manufacturing, warehousing, and container transport. We are currently looking for a committed and dependable Production Manager for our Kwinana Beach site.

What You Will Be Doing (but Not Limited To)

- Ensuring KPI's for productivity levels and compliance are met
- Schedule work for the team to ensure completion in a timely and accurate manner to meet dispatch requirements and fulfil daily targets
- Champion the company's policies and procedures, and ensure the team is adhering to all safety, quality and other requirements
- Implementing servicing schedules and repairs of plant and equipment
- Ensure compliance to quality management systems
- Leading staff prestart, end of day,



and tool box meetings
- Commitment to providing a safe work place

Your Skills And Experience

- Minimum 3 years in a similar production manager role
- Ability to lead a group and drive performance results
- Effective and professional communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A team player with attention to detail and advocate for secure work practices
- Reliable, punctual and proactive
- Forklift License
- Current C Class (minimum) drivers license
