GTES is seeking an experienced Field Officer in Yarragundry, NSW to recruit apprentices, trainees, labour-hire staff and engage with local schools and employers across the Riverina.

You will manage recruitment from advertising through to placement, mentor apprentices and trainees, and build solid relationships with host employers and local businesses. This role involves engaging with schools and community organisations and ensuring compliance and reporting requirements are met.
