Auto Electricians - International Operations

With nearly 6,000 employees, the Byrnecut Group is a full-service underground mining contractor, providing services to major mine owners throughout Australia and Internationally. We operate a multi-million dollar fleet of specialized underground mining equipment across multiple continents and conditions.

Wearecurrently seekingapplicationsfromexperiencedAutoElectriciansto join our International Projects.

Reporting to the Underground Leading Hand, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Maintain and repair varied electrical systems on a diverse range of mobile equipment, heavy vehicles and passenger vehicles.
- Using analytical and critical thinking to accurately diagnose machine faults and breakdowns
- Preventative maintenanceacrossthe undergroundmobilefleet

The successful applicant will possess the following skills and attributes:

- The necessary trade qualifications
- Experienced in the repairs of an underground mining fleet
- Appropriate experience in an underground maintenance environment
- Remote control experience




- A strong commitment to safe work practices
- Be self-motivated and willing to liaise and interact with local cultures
- Be able and willing to live offshore for the rostered period
