Due to steady & sustained growth, this mid-sized accounting firm has a need for an experienced Bookkeeper to add to the team; you will support a portfolio of clients with full service bookkeeping and mentor junior employees.
The role is within an established bookkeeping team where you will be given all the tools and support you need to succeed.
The Role
- Assisting with monthly reporting (BAS, P&L;, BS, etc.)
- Oversee work from overseas team & mentor junior staff
- Accounts Payable/Receivable and managing Payroll
- Answer calls from clients regarding enquiries
- Support the accountants with a portfolio of clients
The Successful Candidate Will Have
- Prior bookkeeping experience is essential: 3 years ideally
- Experience mentoring or leading a team
- Experience supporting Payroll is essential
- Solid experience using XERO and MYOB
