Marketing Coodinator

JSW Powersports is growing and we're looking for a creative, organised and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our award-winning team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in one of Australia's leading powersports and marine dealerships. Working closely with our leadership team, you'll help bring our brands to life through digital marketing, events, advertising, content creation and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

As our Marketing Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

- Planning and coordinating marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels

- Managing social media content, scheduling and community engagement

- Creating engaging content including photography, video, graphics, EDMs and promotional material

- Coordinating dealership events, product launches and promotional campaigns

- Updating and maintaining website content

- Assisting with manufacturer marketing requirements and co-op advertising

- Managing marketing calendars and campaign schedules

- Coordinating signage, merchandise, point-of-sale material and showroom displays

- Monitoring campaign performance and preparing marketing reports

- Working closely with the sales, service, and parts departments to support business objectives

- Maintaining brand consistency across all marketing activities

- Assisting with general administrative tasks within the marketing department

About You

We're looking for someone who is creative, highly organised, and passionate about marketing, with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

- Have a high level of attention to detail

- Previous experience in a marketing, communications, or digital marketing role

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organisational and project management abilities





- Experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content

- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar marketing tools

- Basic photography and video editing skills (highly desirable)

- Experience with email marketing platforms and website content management systems

- Strong ability to meet deadlines

- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

- A current driver's licence

Highly Regarded

- Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

- Experience in the marine, automotive, powersports, or retail industries

- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, and Google Analytics

- Experience coordinating events and promotional campaigns
