What You’ll Be Doing

This is a dynamic, dual role where you’ll have the prospect to be hands‑on in both patient care and front desk operations.

Clinical (Dental Assistant) Responsibilities:

- Assist the dentist during procedures and treatments
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure instruments are properly sterilized
- Take X-rays (if certified) and update patient records
- Support infection control and ensure a clean, safe environment
- Help patients feel comfortable before, during, and after their appointments

Administrative (Receptionist)



Responsibilities:

- Greet and check in patients with a warm, friendly attitude
- Answer phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage patient files, insurance claims, and payments
- Help coordinate daily office flow and maintain a smooth schedule

What We’re Looking For

- Dental Assistant Certification (Level I or II) preferred But not Essential for right Candidate.
- Previous dental office experience is an asset, but we’re happy to train the right person!
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
- Comfortable using dental software (we can train)
- A true team player who enjoys helping others
