Are you an experienced property manager or former management rights holder looking for your next opportunity? CASE Property Group is seeking a motivated and professional Property & Building Manager to join our onsite team. We are a small boutique team looking for someone to support our operations.

This is a unique role offering flexible hours and the chance to assist in managing a fresh modern residential complex and a growing number of outside lets in one of the Gold Coast's most desirable locations.

As the on-site Property & Building Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Managing tenant relations, leasing, inspections, and compliance.
- Coordinating and supervising maintenance, contractors, and service providers.
- Ensuring the building is presented to the highest standard.
- Working closely with the Body Corporate to deliver a safe, well-maintained, and community-focused environment.

We're looking for someone who:

- Has previous experience in property management, building management, or management rights.
- Possesses a minimum of 1-2 years of property management experience.




- Understands QLD tenancy legislation and Body Corporate operations.
- Is highly organised, proactive, and confident in managing contractors and stakeholders.
- Communicates effectively with owners, tenants, and committees.
- Enjoys variety in their role and takes pride in maintaining high standards.
- Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Current QLD Real Estate Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- Must obtain real estate licence or certification within 12 months if not already held.
- Strong administration and computer literacy.
- Previous experience with trust accounting and property management systems desirable.
- Experience with any major property management software platform is required.
