Olympia is a growing Australian wellness brand with Experience Havens across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria. Our chairs sell from $5,000 to $15,000, so every sale is consultative, personal and worth getting right. We are looking for a National Sales & Training Leader to lead our sales culture from the front.

Half your week is out on our Queensland stores, Robina, Mt Gravatt and Chermside, closing high value sales in person and setting the standard the team follows. The other half is in our Head Office, driving sales over the phone and coaching our national team to sell the way you do. Once a month you travel to Sydney or Melbourne to train and coach your team face to face.

This is a role for a closer who wants to build closers. You would be stepping into an established team that already performs, so you inherit momentum, not a blank page.

What you will be doing

- Leading from the front on the floor, demonstrating chairs and closing high value sales

- Handling price approval calls and turning warm leads into confirmed sales over the phone

- Coaching the team every day: morning motivation, end of day reviews and follow ups that leave no lead behind

- Setting targets,



running goal reviews and holding the national team to a clear standard

- Building and delivering our sales training, onboarding and mindset development

- Recruiting and inducting recent sales talent as we grow

What you will earn

- $95,000 base salary to start

- Commission is expected to add another $40,000 to $50,000

- Uncapped commission on top, earned on both your personal sales and your team's sales

The hours

- Full time with flexible hours

- One weekend day is needed, this is when our stores are busiest and the sales are biggest

- A natural leader. People watch how you sell and want to do the same.

- Relentless on follow up. No lead left behind, ever.

- A coach with energy who can hold a high standard without losing the room.

- You might come from retail, consultative, high ticket, fitness, furniture, automotive or direct sales leadership.
