Salary : $70,000 - $110,000 a year
All Lift Forklifts and Access Equipment is an independently owned Australian company specialising in forklift and access hire and sale in Sydney, Newcastle, Brisbane, Melbourne and other major cities. At All Lift Forklifts, they have a huge range of different services and product and provides the best forklift hire and rental services, with the largest range of forklifts, bobcats, boom lifts and scissor lifts.
All Lift Luscombe QLD workshop is currently looking for hardworking and dedicated Diesel Mechanics to join their team.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Conduct mechanical repairs and maintenance of customer units which includes preventative service and breakdowns in a timely manner.
- Carry out all repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
- Document work completed on each repair order to ensure accurate information transfer.
- Routine servicing of forklift and equipment
- Rebuilding/Replacement of forklift engines, transmissions,
and fuel Systems
- Remove, replace and refit associated electrical and electronic systems.
- Diagnose and service mechanical faults.
- Demonstrating and maintaining clean workshop practices in your day-to-day role and ensuring that these practices meet the high standards held by the workshop team
- Maintain protected working conditions and practices.
- Working efficiently and accurately and in line with company policy and procedure.
Skills and Experience:
- Relevant trade qualification (Forklift Mechanic, Heavy Vehicle, Diesel Mechanic).
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Forklift Licence would be an advantage.
- Diagnostic experience
- Ability to show a high level of skills in following manufactures guidance ensuring quality workmanship.
- Have a strong adherence OH&S; and in keeping as safe work place.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as required.
