As we enter our 50th year, we're growing our sales team and bringing in the next generation of top performers - people we can train our way, from the ground up.

You'll be selling from a brand with credibility, history and 2.2 million monthly readers - not trying to convince people who we are.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

This role is built for someone who:

- Is confident, competitive and comfortable talking to people
- Comes from sport, coaching, mentoring, leadership or team environments
- Learns fast and takes feedback well
- Wants to be coached - and actually applies what they're taught
- Is hungry to earn, grow and progress quickly

Sales experience is not required. In fact, less experience can be an advantage - you'll be taught our way of doing things. That said, life experience and the ability to talk confidently is crucial. Social equity is what we're looking for.

THE ROLE IS BASED IN BURLEIGH WATERS

This is a full-time, office-based role at our Burleigh Waters office on the Gold Coast. You'll need to be able to commute reliably, five days a week.
