Our client is a long established, high profile new vehicle dealership operation located within the Northern Rivers / Southern Gold Coast corridor. They are seeking an experienced Financial Controller from a franchised automotive background to lead their accounting and administration functions. This is a key role within a successful business offering a stable environment, supportive leadership and a positive team culture.

To be considered, applicants must have current or recent experience as a Financial Controller within an automotive dealership environment. You will possess strong organisational, leadership and analytical skills, along with the ability to identify inefficiencies, improve internal controls and contribute to the overall performance of the business. Strong attention to detail, sound staff management ability and a proactive, hands on approach are all essential.



This role will suit an FC who likes to stay close to the operation, maintain visibility across the business and lead from the front. Please note that additional information will only be made available to shortlisted applicants.

The successful candidate will be offered a remuneration package consisting of a retainer around $140k, negotiable for an outstanding applicant, plus superannuation and a company vehicle.
