Talk Energy Solar & Battery is expanding! We’re on the lookout for a motivated and talented Electrician — must have excellent customer service and communication skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Installations & Maintenance: Carry out the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar PV systems (training provided for those new to solar).

- Learning & Development: Work alongside seasoned solar professionals who will mentor and guide you through our processes and systems.

- Quality & Safety: Ensure all work meets industry regulations and internal quality standards.

- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve electrical issues on-site with support from experienced team members.

- Collaboration: Work with project managers, electricians, and apprentices to deliver seamless installations.

- Documentation:



Maintain accurate logs of all work carried out for compliance and project tracking.

Who We’re Looking For

- SAA Electrician with a current electrical license (essential).

- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

- Willingness to learn new systems and technologies in the solar space.

- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

- A valid driver’s license.
