The Organisation

Our client is a market leading business within the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, who are looking to bring on board a Payroll Team Lead (on a permanent full time basis) who is able to manage a team and be supportive of those around them.

The Responsibilities

The duties of the role will include the following, however not limited to:

- Hands on in assisting of the payroll end to end
- Process improvements and system upgrades
- Processing of different EBA's, Superannuation and Payroll tax
- Consist improving of the Payroll System and management
- Managing a team of 3 payroll officer's
- Payroll related queries if escalated
- Dealing with queries and escalations within Payroll

The Ideal Candidate





The successful candidate will posses the following attribute, however not exclusive to:

- Has had team leading experience within previous roles
- Ability to run Payroll end to end
- Explicit written and verbal communication skills
- Has implemented new systems
- Has implemented new processes and written payroll procedures
- Ability to deal with internal stakeholders
