What you will do?

- Support the culinary operation for functions and events, ensuring consistency with high quality and presentation standards
- Demonstrate a solid understanding HACCP and Food Safety standards
- Collaborate with the Head Chef in establishing, executing, and evaluating food service standards
- Address issues with managers, kitchen and wait staff

More about you





- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-volume production environment
- Proficient in Food Control Plans/HACCP principles and maintaining accurate food safety records
- Effective communication skills to keep the team informed of production progress
- Team player mindset with the ability to mentor culinary team members
- Certificate III Commercial Cookery essential
- This role requires flexibility to work when functions and events are scheduled, including evenings and weekends as needed
