Join the team as a Research Coordinator and make a real difference. You'll coordinate and support research and evaluation activities that advance Kieser's evidence-based approach to strength training and rehabilitation, working alongside clinical, operational and academic partners to translate research into better client outcomes, functional capacity and quality of life.

What You’ll Do





- Coordinate the delivery of clinical research and evaluation projects across the Kieser network.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, documentation and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, operational leaders and external partners.
- Coordinate participant recruitment, consent and retention activities.
- Prepare and coordinate ethics submissions and research governance documentation.
- Ensure research is conducted in line with ethical, privacy and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and undertake quantitative and qualitative data collection and management.
- Undertake analyses and prepare research outcome and evaluation reports for stakeholders.Contribute to scientific publications, conference presentations and grant applications.
- Support the translation of research findings into clinical practice and service improvement.

What We’re Looking For

Must-haves

- Valid working rights in Australia.
- Bachelor's degree with Honours (or equivalent postgraduate research training) in Exercise Science, Physiotherapy, Public Health, Health Sciences or a related discipline.
- At least 2+ years' experience coordinating clinical, rehabilitation or health services research projects.




- Understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, including study design, data collection and data management.
- Experience with ethics and research governance processes.
- Sound knowledge of ICH-GCP and clinical trial conduct.
- Strong skills in literature searching, evidence synthesis and scientific writing.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, research databases and reference management software.
- Excellent organisational, stakeholder engagement and project management skills.

Nice-to-haves

- Ability to conduct statistical analysis.
- Knowledge of statistical software such as SPSS or R and experience managing research datasets.
- Experience supporting grant applications.
- Experience with REDCap or other electronic data capture systems.
