Shadbolt Group is seeking an experienced HSE Coordinator to join our NSW project team on a FIFO 2:1 roster. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will work with leaders and frontline teams to maintain compliance and promote secure work practices.
This hands-on professional will drive continuous improvement across site operations and influence a strong safety culture. A WHS qualification, White Card and 3–5 years in construction or major projects are essential.
