Our client is a well established national property and conveyancing organisation that is investing in its next phase of growth. Following the success of a similar leadership structure in Queensland, they are now seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead their Victorian, South Australian and Western Australian conveyancing teams.
The Opportunity
Reporting into COO, you will oversee a team of approximately 10 conveyancers and support staff across Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia. While your primary focus will be people leadership, service delivery and compliance, you will also manage a small portfolio of complex or high value conveyancing matters. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead, mentor and develop conveyancing teams across VIC, SA and WA
Drive service delivery, productivity and client outcomes across multiple offices
Manage workflow allocation, capacity planning and resource management
Handle complex conveyancing matters and act as the escalation point for legal and operational issues
Oversee compliance, quality assurance, file reviews and risk management
Support recruitment, performance management and ongoing staff development
About You
To be successful, you will have extensive conveyancing experience and hold a current Conveyancer's Licence. In addition to that you will bring:
Previous experience leading, mentoring or supervising conveyancers or legal support staff
Strong knowledge of Victorian, SA or WA conveyancing legislation, PEXA and settlement processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
