HammondCare Cardiff is currently looking for Part time Specialised Carer – Dementia Carers to join our team.Please note: Rosters available may not suit student visa due to hour restrictions. Unlimited work rights will be highly regarded.With our unique model of care which places the residents’ needs as your number one priority, you will help create a home away from home for our residents.
