Davidson is partnering with a Melbourne-based technology company to recruit a Payroll Specialist to own the payroll function. The role manages daily payroll operations, ensures accuracy and compliance, and leads a team of payroll professionals.
You will guide work allocation, resolve escalations, and drive improvements across processes and systems. Experience in payroll systems (Preceda advantageous) and HRIS is highly desirable.
