Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution Lawyer (Associate)

Banton Group is expanding their growing team in 202 6 and is on the lookout for hardworking and ambitious lawyers with a passion for complex litigation, class action and dispute resolution matters.

The successful applicant will be working in a team, alongside the Partners and Senior Associates. This is a great opportunity to further grow your skills and work on interesting, challenging and high-profile matters, both domestically, generally in the Supreme and Federal Courts and internationally. This is an excellent prospect for someone ready to take the next step towards promotion to Senior Associate within the next 6 to 12 months.

You will work in a like-minded, exceptional, and supportive Sydney based team which has a strong focus on personal career development, career progression and team inclusion. This role will give the right candidate an opportunity to grow their technical skills, business development and client management whist working on complex litigation matters.

To succeed in this role you will ideally have:

- 3- 6 years legal experience in commercial litigation
- A self-motivated “can-do “attitude with an eagerness to learn and grow your career with Banton Group
- Excellent academic credentials, self-driven with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Pro-active critical and problem-solving skills to not only support the team's work but to also find creative new solutions
- Excellent organisational skills to provide timely responses to team and internal/external clients
- The ability to work co-operatively and collaboratively in a team environment
- Commercial awareness and confidence to assist the team to develop client relationships
- Experience working on litigation matters within the Supreme and Federal Courts,
