We are seeking an experienced Specialist – Asset Management Systems, Planning & Control to lead the development, governance and optimisation of our enterprise asset management systems. This is a strategic corporate role based in Perth, supporting multiple operations across our business.

This is not a maintenance execution role. Instead, you'll design and manage the systems, standards and frameworks that enable our maintenance teams to plan effectively, improve equipment reliability and maximise asset performance.

About the Role

Reporting to the Asset Manager – Fleet Services, you will take ownership of PRG's enterprise asset management systems, ensuring consistency, governance and best practice across our operations.

Working collaboratively with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Procurement and Projects, you'll drive improvements through data, technology and asset management strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

As the Specialist – Asset Management Systems, Planning & Control, you will:

- Own and govern PRG's enterprise asset management systems and CMMS platforms.
- Develop and maintain asset management standards, procedures and governance frameworks.
- Design and improve maintenance planning and control processes across multiple sites.
- Develop enterprise reporting dashboards to monitor equipment performance, reliability and maintenance KPIs.
- Analyse asset performance to identify optimisation opportunities and reduce Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
- Drive reliability improvement initiatives, predictive maintenance strategies and lifecycle optimisation.
- Integrate asset management systems with Finance, Procurement, Operations and Project systems.
- Support capital planning, asset forecasting and long-term maintenance strategies.
- Ensure high-quality asset data, reporting accuracy and system integrity.




- Standardise asset management practices across all PRG operations.
- Support business growth by developing scalable asset management frameworks.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Asset Management, Reliability Engineering or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience in enterprise asset management systems within mining or heavy industry.
- Strong knowledge of CMMS administration, governance and optimisation.
- Experience developing maintenance planning, reliability and asset management frameworks.
- A strong understanding of ISO 55000 Asset Management principles.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret asset performance data and deliver business improvements.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Highly Regarded

- Reliability Engineering experience (RCM, RCA).
- Asset Management certifications.
- Experience supporting large mobile mining fleets.
- Experience working across multiple operational sites.
