Role
Based in the Perth CBD, we have 1n opportunity exists for an Engineering Data Analyst to support some of our mining and oil & gas clients. The role will be Perth based and assist with data remediation activities for loading into client Engineering Data Warehouse. The roles will focus on data gathering and creation, migration, cleansing and manipulation of the plants’ data to support operational readiness. Key Responsibilities

As an Engineering Data Analyst, you will understand the Engineering Information Management requirements, systems, and processes to support project execution, delivery, and ongoing sustainment of facilities in production, including but not limited to:

Experience in Engineering Data Management and the tools used to manage data, specific experience utilising MS Access and advanced Excel skills for the review and manipulation of large datasets will be highly regarded.

Facilitate agreement, receipt, verification,



transposition and loading of EPC contractor supplied asset data into the client Engineering Data Warehouse.

Work with client and project stakeholders including but not limited to the Information Manager and Engineering on data gathering, creation and validation of data that needs importing into client Engineering Data Warehouse.

Use tools such as Microsoft Access and Excel to create/consolidate/validate the source data and lookup asset attributes supplied by the EPC to map to client requirements.

Review and action requirements identified in completeness and consistency reports.

Experience working with EPCs and service providers.

Experienced in Engineering Data Management covering the life cycle of data from creation (during project execution) to handover to production to Operations.

Good understanding and experience in continuous improvement and business process improvement.

Understanding of process, mechanical and instrument and electrical data.

An understanding of key engineering drawings such as P&IDs;, single-line diagrams and loop-diagrams highly regarded.

Skills & Experience

Working knowledge of Office 365 tools and extended use of Excel and / or Microsoft Access for data manipulation.

Strong interpersonal skills / ability to work in a team environment.

Ability to organise and establish priorities.

Maintain a positive attitude with a high attention to detail and accuracy.

Previous experience in Oil & Gas or Mining highly required.

Understanding of and ability to follow Company policies and procedures.

Ability to comply with company Security, Health, Environment & Safety policies.

Australian Citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency is a pre-requisite for this role. Applicants without valid working rights in Australia need not apply.
