Muddy River has operated in Australia since 1992 and holds the exclusive distribution rights for leading global agricultural brands including HORSCH, Degelman, Sauerburger and Orthman. We specialise in the distribution, assembly, parts, service and support of premium agricultural equipment across Australia through our dealer network and direct customer support.

We are seeking a Manager to lead our national parts and warehouse operations. This is a senior leadership position within a growing family-owned business, offering the opportunity to lead people, drive performance and contribute to the continued growth of the company.

About the Role

This role has responsibility for leading the national parts and warehouse operations and will oversee staff leadership, inventory management, warehousing operations, supplier relationships and national parts sales performance.

The role also works closely with the service, assembly and sales teams to improve operational efficiency, customer support and business growth. Strong leadership, commercial awareness and the ability to drive accountability across the business are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and develop the national parts and warehouse teams.
- Manage inventory levels, stock turns and obsolescence control.
- Build strong relationships with dealers, suppliers and key customers.
- Drive parts sales performance, forecasting and budget achievement.




- Review operating costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and legislative requirements.
- Work with the management team to identify growth opportunities and improve customer support.
- Maintain accurate reporting, forecasting and operational planning across the parts division.

About You

- Solid leadership and people management skills.
- Experience in parts, warehousing, agriculture, machinery or related industries.
- Commercially minded with the ability to manage budgets and performance targets.
- Organised, hands-on and capable of leading operational teams.
- A willingness to take ownership and contribute across the broader business.

Remuneration
