C U BUILDING GROUP
Australia
CU Building Group is a proudly Perth-based residential builder delivering quality homes for Western Australian families. As a growing business, we're continually expanding our team, refining our processes, and creating opportunities for people who want to grow alongside us.
We believe in doing things properly, supporting one another, and taking pride in the homes we build. We work hard, celebrate our wins, and foster a workplace where collaboration, respect and a good sense of humour are just as important as delivering quality outcomes.
If you're looking to join a company where your experience is valued, your contribution makes a difference, and you'll be supported by a capable office team, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Residential Site Supervisor to oversee the construction of single and double-storey homes across the Perth metropolitan area.
Working closely with our Scheduling, Preconstruction and Construction Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering quality homes safely, efficiently and on schedule. You'll coordinate trades, monitor workmanship, maintain construction programmes, ensure compliance with building standards, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects moving.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, explicit communication and a commitment to quality. You'll be trusted to manage your own portfolio of homes while being supported by an experienced office team that understands what it takes to keep jobs running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the construction of single and double-storey residential homes from slab to handover.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
- Maintain construction schedules and proactively address delays.
- Conduct quality inspections throughout each stage of construction.
- Ensure compliance with NCC requirements, Australian Standards and company quality expectations.
- Communicate effectively with trades, suppliers and internal departments.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues before they impact construction progress.
- Maintain accurate site records, reports and documentation.
- Deliver homes that exceed quality expectations while maintaining safety and efficiency.
About You
You'll be someone who takes pride in your work and genuinely enjoys seeing quality homes come together.
You'll ideally have:
- Minimum 3 years' experience supervising residential construction of both single and double-storey homes.
- A strong understanding of WA residential building practices and construction sequencing.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- The ability to build positive working relationships with trades and suppliers.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple builds simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem‑solving and decision‑making.
- A current White Card.
- A current Australian driver's licence.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary package.
- Company vehicle provided, with fuel expenses reimbursed, and phone.
- A supportive and experienced office team that has your back.
- Opportunities for professional growth within a rapidly growing business.
- A positive team culture where hard work is recognised and achievements are celebrated.
- The opportunity to build quality homes with a company that values craftsmanship and doing things properly.
