Sirv Group is seeking dedicated Support Specialists to assist young people living with complex mental health needs. You will work with clients, families and a multidisciplinary team to provide recovery-oriented, person-centered care that enhances quality of life and independence.

Successful candidates bring at least 2 years’ experience in youth or disability support, a solid trauma-informed approach, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a agile setting.
