Position Number: 6103 Location: Braidwood

The Package: $1,908.50 - $2,108.93 gross per week + 12% super +. (Evaluated as Grade 14 of the QPRC Salary System 2025) plus a guaranteed increase of 4% in 2027-28

Fulltime – 38 hours per week. 9-day fortnight conditions apply + leaseback vehicle.

In this role you will:

- Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing construction team, maintaining a positive and include workplace culture.
- Coordinate and supervise transport construction projects across the region.
- Drive a solid safety culture and ensure compliance with HSEQ standards.
- Manage the teams plant, resources and works programs to deliver quality outcomes.

- Has demonstrated extensive experience in transport construction and a strong commitment to safety.
- Can lead, mentor and motivate teams and individuals to achieve quality outcomes.
- Excels at planning, coordinating and delivering construction projects efficiently.
- Communicates effectively and builds positive relationships with staff, stakeholders and the community.
