Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Schedule fleet movements across Dubbo and Gulgong region
- Support the team with day-to-day depot operations
- Manage inventory control and stock movements
- Complete end-of-month reconciliation tasks
- General administration duties to support depot efficiency

Skills & Experience





- Previous administration experience (essential)
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Initiative and sound problem-solving skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of HSSE and Chain of Responsibility (COR) processes
- Customer-focused with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Commitment to compliance and safety standards
