About the Role In this role, you will provide safe, evidence-based nursing care to clients with a range of health needs, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive health outcomes. You will contribute to quality improvement initiatives, support patient safety, and assist in mentoring and developing nursing colleagues and students.

About You To be successful, you will have:

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse. Experience and clinical skills relevant to community nursing. Strong assessment, problem-solving and care coordination skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience supporting clients with complex health needs. A commitment to patient-centred care and continuous improvement.
