C.ex Group are looking for a Qualified Full Time Chef to join our BOH catering team .

About The Role…

You will be required to work in a fast paced high volume commercial kitchen across a variety of catering options.

Your key focus will be contributing to an efficient, innovative and excellent dining experience for our members, guests and visitors

Duties/responsibilities Include

Working cooperatively in a team environmentDaily preparation of food which may include any of our restaurants or special functionsDisplaying a Can Do attitudeMaintaining respectful relationships with your colleagues .Contributing positively towards C.ex culture & goals Available to work nights , weekends and split shifts.Adherence to all C.ex standards, policies and procedures including compliance with WH&S; and legal obligationsWorking closely with our Head and Sous Chefs to contribute to the design of new menus.

Salary range: $75,000 - $80,000 depending on experience.

To be successful in this role you would need to possess the following:

Personal Attributes/Qualities

Excellent Communications SkillsFriendly & outgoing dispositionPunctual & ReliableExceptional personal presentation and hygieneInitiative, ability to work effectively with minimum supervisionTeam player

Skills/experience

Cert 3 or Cert 1V in Commercial Cookery.Demonstrated 3 years experience in a commercial kitchen
