Empax Centre is one of Australia’s few clinics authorised under TGA’s regulatory pathways to deliver psychiatrist-led Medication Assisted Therapy care programs. These programs are delivered within a strict clinical governance framework, combining regulated medicine use with extensive psychotherapeutic support for clients with challenging post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and treatment-resistant depression (TRD).

What We're Looking For

Grounded, self-aware, and deeply committed individual, who might be an early‑career research professional or someone with prior clinical trial experience who loves structure, accuracy and teamwork.

This is a 12-month full time opportunity, ideal for someone looking to grow their career within a purpose driven organisation at the forefront of advancing patient outcomes.

To be successful, you’ll bring:

- Degree in health, life sciences,



or related field; GCP certification (or willingness to obtain).

- Strong written and verbal communication skills and customer service focus

- Clinical research experience in hospital, academic, sponsor, or CRO settings.

- Knowledge of ICH-GCP, Australian clinical trial regulations, and study governance processes.

- Experience supporting clinical trial activities, including participant screening, data entry, monitoring, and study coordination.

- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, organisational, and documentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.

- High professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and clinical trial systems (e.g., EDC, eCRF, CTMS).

Desirable

- Experience with investigational products and regulated clinical trial environments.

- Experience with clinical data management, monitoring, and query resolution.

- Understanding of multi-site studies and the broader clinical research environment.
